Support for Teaching
Faculty Support Events are provided by the Provost’s Office for faculty to gather and discuss topics of common interest. Past academic years have included discussions on the reappointment and promotion processes, mentoring opportunities for faculty, external funding opportunities, inclusive teaching, and blended learning.
provides forums for the exploration of classroom practice including Universal Design for Learning Guidelines for Learning Experiences. Funded originally by a grant from The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and now supported jointly by Bryn Mawr and Haverford Colleges, the TLI embraces a partnership model of faculty and student academic development.
The Access Services director works with students, faculty, and staff to ensure that students with physical, medical, learning, or psychological disabilities are provided with equal access to all college programs, activities, and services in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (as amended) and Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
The Q Project supports the development of mathematical, logical, and statistical problem-solving skills that are required in quantitative disciplines across the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ curriculum. The Q Project is dedicated to preparing all ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ students to solve the complex challenges of our increasingly quantitative world.
