Course Planning

Once a year, in late-February through early March, 魅影直播 plans the curriculum for the upcoming academic year.

Course Planning Process

In late February and early March of each year, courses for the upcoming academic year must be planned and entered in BiONiC. This will ensure that the course information is accurate in the Catalog and on the website.

Each Spring semester, departments will be asked to enter their planned courses for the upcoming academic year into BiONiC. Departments must provide the following information for each classes to be offered in the upcoming academic year:

  • Course to be offered
  • Instructor
  • Enrollment Limits and Lottery Criteria
  • Class Meeting Day/Time (must meet in approved timeblocks)
  • Preferred Classroom location
  • Topics classes: Topic title and description

In addition to the above, departments should review the course description as well as the approaches met.

Review this PDF for instructions on how to update course descriptions in BiONiC.

Please note: All academic department and program web pages have a 鈥淧rogram Requirements and Opportunities鈥 menu item. The contents of these pages are the Course Catalog for that department/program. The data is a feed directly from Peoplesoft/Bionic.

Once the data has been entered in Bionic, you will be able to use the link below to check your course schedule.

.  You will be asked to log in to BiONiC prior to viewing the report.
