Department of Spanish Presents A Conversation with Roberto Mamani Mamani
In Celebration of LatinX and Hispanic Heritage Month, the Department of Spanish presents a conversation with Roberto Mamani Mamani.
Mamani Mamani is an artist from Bolivia whose work incorporates Aymara indigenous traditions and symbols. His art has been exhibited around the world, including Tokyo, Munich, Singapore, and London. Most recently, he created a mural celebrating the Andean cosmovision, animals and ecosystems, Indigenous peoples, and Bolivian and Philadelphia landscapes.
