Information Gathered About You 

We collect information about you in the form of data that you or other parties provide to us (for example, your contact information, background, interests or qualifications) and in the form of information that we obtain from your on-line activity when you access one of our sites. We may collect non-personal information about the computer, mobile device or other devices you use to access our sites, such as IP address, geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language or other information of this nature. On one or more of our sites, we use web analytics tools, including primarily Google Analytics (Google privacy policy is at ).

Other parties may provide your information to us (for example, if you have asked the College Board to send us your test scores or if a third party identifies you as a prospective student who may be interested in our programs).

Information that we collect for the purposes described herein may include your name and other identifying information, email address, physical address, phone numbers, race and ethnicity.

How We Use Information

We may use your information in order to process student, financial aid and/or job applications, student or employee registrations, and other services and benefits that we provide to our prospective students, students, employees and other persons.  In addition, we are required to report certain aggregate demographic information to various authorities.  

Information that we have gathered may be shared with third-party partners to the extent necessary for such third parties to provide services to us or to you, or provide and improve web services or other communications. We may also provide your information to third parties in circumstances in which we believe that doing so is necessary or appropriate to: satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or protect rights, property or safety.

Web and System Interactions

We use collected information in an aggregate fashion to track access to our sites. We use your IP address to administer our website by identifying (1) which parts of our site are most heavily used, (2) where our users come from (i.e., a referring sign or a search engine, etc.), and (3) which portions of our audience come from within or outside the ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ network. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable unless we are required to do so under court order or other legal process. We may use cookies or other similar technologies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer (unless you block them). 

Cookies may be set by an organization other than our sites. These "third-party cookies" may, for example, originate from websites such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus or other social media services. Email Interactions

Any email address you provide may be used by the College to send you information.

If you send us email messages, please be aware that information that you provide in an email may not be secure or encrypted and thus may be available to others. Exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal or confidential information in email.

We will not share with, sell to, or authorize any third party to use your email address for commercial purposes without your permission.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ reserves the right to change, modify, or otherwise amend this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion and at any time as it deems circumstances warrant. Any such changes will be posted on this page.
